I placed my order on Friday 8/5. My order was never even sent out and when I called customer service I was told that there was nothing I could do to cancel my order and I would have to wait for it to be delivered and then returned. I spoke with a nasty supervisor by the name of Don Hauley on Saturday 8/13 who lied to me and told me my item was on the way and should arrive by Monday 8/15, at that point I would be able to return it. I stated to him that we were going away and there would be nobody here to accept the item for a few weeks and if he could send me the tracking information he had because I didn't have such info. He stated to me that he could not because the tracking info included sensitive info which Jet could not release. He also told me it takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to receive items from Jet. I placed my order Friday 8/5 noon so the 1st day would've been that Monday 8/8 and the 5th day would've been the following Friday 8/12. He was arguing with me that the 5th business day would've been Monday 8/15. As a customer service supervisor you shouldn't be arguing with people who spend money with your company you should resolve their issues! He was also was very rude and condescending! I asked for his supervisor to call me back and got no call back. Tuesday I checked the tracking info again and saw that the order still hadn't been sent out so I called customer service again and spoke with a young lady who refunded me the money for the order. I will never shop with JET ever again and I will tell everybody about my horrible experience!

I have had the sincere pleasure of working with this new business thus far... will Jet make mistakes...yes but that is the part of any business really, you live and learn and improve. I have definitely noticed the customer service support is really a breath of fresh air. They seem have people who care about their job and it shows in the way they communicate. I actually got a hand written card from a rep I spoke to about a problem I had on my first order about packing issues. It was just so nice to see the human touch in all this technological age...anyway the rep handled my situation in a manner that was I felt was appropriate. I was annoyed with the packing issue but it was the overall approach to the resolution of the issue that impressed me the most....
