Nice terminal... great food options, always clean. Plus everything is super close to the boarding areas. No need to run a 5K with your luggage if you are really getting into some crap magazine in the airport when they call your gate.

You may never find a better airport terminal! Clean, modern, with many amenities (including free wifi, ubiquitous charging stations, a food court with a hug variety of options). The JetBlue terminal itself adds to the already enjoyable experience of flying JetBlue.

Jet Blue Terminal at JFK Airport now have Ipads free to use. You can log into Facebook, Google, Instagram and Twitter just to name a few. The few times that I traveled last year at JFK it wasn't with Jet Blue so I don't know how long they had these. You can also purchase food and beverages from the Ipad as well. They have about 30 Ipads for customers to use here.

My husband and I recently booked a trip to Puerto Rico , departing from JFK airport in NY. A VERY BIG MISTAKE Upon arrival to Jet blue Airlines :terminal 5 I was extremely disappointed that although I had confirmed seats next to my husband, we were seated seperately. I walked up to the gate counter , with my husband, and explained that we were flying out together and would like to be seated together, as our itinerary showed. Not only were my husband and I treated with impoliteness and discourtesy, as I was walking away from the counter, my husband and I heard the female employee telling her coworker "I don't give a f*ck if you and your wife wanna sit together". My husband then turned around and asked the employee (1 of 3) for her name. The woman refused to give her name after realizing he had heard her. The employees were also not wearing any name badges or tags. I would assume that it would be a requirement. While waiting to board, I was able to get her name: Jasmine (by far the least customer service qualified individual). I am appalled and will never fly with Jet Blue again. Their employees should be trained better, or in the least bit, be respectful. If you wanted to be disrespected and belittled by crew members on an airline, catch a flight on jet blue from JFK .

Horrible Horrible Horrible My Grandfather Had a heart attack and I called to see if i could get my flight extended for one day just to spend a little more time with my grandfather they asked me a MILLION questions then had me on hold for 3 hours the total time I spent on the phone with JetBlue customer service was 3hours and 45 minutes, this is time i could have been spending with my sickly grandfather. They later told me they could only change the time not the day. Thanks to Jet Blue that was the last time i seen my grandfather. I will never fly JetBlue again as long as i live.
