- Terrible #99560

Rotten airline. Two years ago, I cancelled a ticket and they did not refund me for months. I then threatened to foreclose their jersey city office after which I finally got the money back.

More recently, I tried to use my miles to book a ticket. It refused accept 4 different credit cards I tried. But, hey guess what - when I purchase miles, the credit card transaction got approved in seconds. When I purchase a ticket on their website, credit card transaction got approved in seconds.

Ofcourse, tried calling their Jet Privilege miles number. First time, waited for 45 minutes and no one came on. Second time, waited for 30 minutes and no one came on. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE.
