Disappointed since I have had better experiences here - they screwed up the last 2 vaccines - tried to give duplicates.

I don't think the record taking is up to par. I would double-check that the notes are correct.

We've been taking our son here since he was born last year. I've seen many, if not all, of the doctors in the practice and they've been fantastic. The nursing staff is quick, responsive, and caring. I highly recommend!!!

My daughter has gone to this practice for 14 years, we absolutely love the doctors and nurses in this practice. They always arrange to see my daughter, I have NEVER had a problem getting a same day appointment. The doctors are a joy with kids and Dr. Pascucci & Dr. Plain, my daughters primary doctors saved us many times from having to go for a hospital stay. Over the years we have seen every doctor in the practice. They are all lovely with individual styles and they are all so caring, professional and easy to talk to. They are all experts in Pediatrics.

My daughter was a micro-premie and spent the first 4 months of her life at MMC. We started with them in 3 days after she came home. She was very ill the first 4 years of her life. Very complicated case. She had gastro issues, RAD, and other issues. I trust this practice 100% and have recommended them to many friends who are also very pleased with the care they receive.

I have always gotten excellent recommendations for specialists from them and help getting appointments with those specialists. Once we were vacationing in Florida and my daughter became very ill, Dr. Pascucci helped us secure services for her while we were there!

They have a strict policy on not being late for an appointment which is GREAT because I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor! I could go on and on about what we love about this practice.

Called their office today 12/31 at 7am and was greeted by Pat on the other end of the line. I explained to her that my new born (5 days old). Was ill and up all night he doesn't have a fever but we would like to have a doctor check him out to ensure nothing was wrong. Being our first child you can imagine our state of mind. I explained we would be a new patient to their practice and Pat places me on a brief hold and tells me "we are only taking care of our own sick children today and can not help." She stated this was what the doctor stated who was currently in the office Dr. Preskutchy (not sure of the correct spelling of his/her name). I am in utter shock and amazement of how this conversation went. SHAME ON YOU!
