I purchased a Toro snow thrower from this business 10 years ago. I maintained it myself but the belts were tired. I brought it back for servicing well in advance of the snow season October). One would believe bringing it back to where you purchased it, you would be treated with some modicum of dignity. Well $300 later, in preparing for the snow storm Jonas, the starter motor almost fell off the unit. I went up and down my driveway about half a dozen times and the unit would not go move under it's own power. This shop is very busy and I think they are so busy, they do not have the time do a good job. I do not mind paying appropriately for service but I do mind paying top dollar for terrible service. The icing on the cake was I paid to have the snow thrower transported and the fellow who answered the phone told me to bring it back with the receipt, as if I have the time to drop everything (that's why I brought the unit to you prior to the start of the season) . Do the right thing by your clients. Foretold is forewarned. Stay away from this place and find a professional shop.

Just walked in to ask few questions about some snow blowers I wanted to upgrade from the 8 I HAVE. I asked few questions to the front desk guy. I asked how much are the aliens with track wheels he laughed at me and said U can't .... And stopped. I said sorry what was that He said what are u going to do when it DONT start how are u going to push it? I said with a trailer and laughed at me and said NO if it don't start how you gonna ouch tracks I said put dollies and just nodded his head and laughed like I was an idiot. You front desk moron don't sell something you have to worry about breaking down. You educate your client on what to do incase it breaks down. Otherwise why do sell them with a big price tag. Hope your not the owner because you should be out of business or fired if an employee. I own my own "stores" and would never. I had 2k to spend and would been happy to to get ready for our season like I do every year not I'm not some kid that is looking to waste MY time at a gloomy spot. sorry but he asked to be there SATERDAY working for us people who pay his paycheck. Would love to give a negative 5 stars. I don't ever leave a review but this one I jidt had too. Place looks gloomy and about to run out of business

Stay away from this place. What a rip-off. Joe is rude and unprofessional. Threaten to sell my equipment if i didn't pick it up at a certain time. Store hours are like banker's hours. Rude people.
