Al Perez, Vice President at JMC, was a great assistance to us in our search to purchase our new home. From the beginning of our search, he has been courteous to us and available for us, even after hours.
I appreciate his responsiveness to our needs, especially in times when we experienced difficulty in getting our answers address from JMC staff.
Our experience with JMC overall was not perfect, but Mr Perez sought to it that our inquiries were being addressed when it mattered the most and subsequently pushed for our loan to be closed. We appreciate his dedication and hard work in an obviously difficult market.

I am so so pleased to get rid of this malfunctioning company. DO NOT USE this company ever.
It has been such a torture to work with any single person with whom my husband and I worked. It was frustrating and even infuriating. My husband and I understand that it takes "some" time to get mortgage. I am not talking about a wait. It was frustrating because they didn't keep us updated unless we asked for clarification and explanation. They should have informed us of any change that happened. It was also infuriating because they have a double tongue: They gave different reasons to us and our real estate agency why they had to renew an appraisal of a property. My husband and I just could not trust them. Of course it was a torture to work with someone whom you do not trust.
Another reason for malfunctionality of this company is that the company doesn't communicate not just with the clients but also with their co-workers who should work in team for one client. One time, a lawyer for bank closing emailed us, saying that the lender (JMC) is looking for availability for closing. And thirty minutes later, a person in the closing department emailed, stating that she does not have a clearance to close. How could this be ever possible?
These are just a few of anecdotes to tell how this company works.
To JMC people. Please take these negative reviews into serious consideration. And remember that you deal with people, human beings, not just the number on documents. My two cent advice is why don't you start to educate the workers about how to greet people? Most of you can't even say Hello or Hi. It is understandable that you don't waste time. But just one word, "Hello," might change a relation with your customers. The word has already spread from my real estate agency, her colleagues, her customers, my husband and me, our friends/family and so on : "DO NOT USE Jersey Mortgage Company"

We had been looking for a house for over 2 years and initially started working with Jersey Mortgage Company. Our representative, Joe B, was very patient, and checked in with us frequently to see how our search was going. When we finally put an offer in on a house he was amazingly patient in helping us sort through every option available to us. Kim B was fantastic in ensuring that all of our paperwork was submitted on time so that we would close on our target date. Our closing date was ambitious, but the team at Jersey Mortgage was so efficient that we were able to close in less than 6 weeks from time of offer. I would recommend the, our Realtor would recommend them, and our attorney would recommend them. They were amazing.

Marcus French and “The French Team” were able to get our transaction moving after 4 weeks of being delayed at the hand of another mortgage company (Gateway Diversified in Horsham , PA). They demonstrated integrity, knowledge, and great customer service skills! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family! THANKS GUYS!!

Jersey Mortgage and in particular Scott Simpson made acquiring a mortgage quick, simple and enjoyable. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process which you would expect but he took the time to explain everything to me so I would understand as well. He made himself very accessible and even when he wasn't he would respond back almost immediately with a phone call/text/e-mail saying when he would be available. My wife and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us through the process of buying our first home We appreciate everything that Scott and Jersey Mortgage did for us to house and now home that we love.
