I have Falafel from Jersey Falafel, and must say the worst falafel in every manner. I dont know how the chef allow to cook anything. The shop owners are actually news agent and better they remain the same. Because they dont have a knowledge of food taste (?) rather they just make money by using their empty space.
Now matter of food.... The falafels used by them are frozen. White sause and hot sause are ready made as they used Mayonnaise. The salad chopped ridiculously. I can not even swallow the food of the platter.
They must focus on the quality of food or shut down the falafel counter.
A person must know the taste of food and idea to enhance taste of it. Each chef has his own quality of making food and different taste but here there is no chef.
I suggest people to eat somewhere else instead of wasting time, money and mood over here.
