These guys not only have a good selection of vape & smoke options but their customer service really sets them apart. They're very polite, knowledgable and they stand behind the products they sell. I had a vape kit short out and they helped me deal with the manufacturer and it was all handled very professionally. They go above and beyond.

Haven't had a cigarette since I went into their shop. Couldn't believe how cheap the prices were! Seriously, many many thanks to Jersey city vape & smoke shop. The folks who run this place and the people they employ are nice, patient, and knowledgeable. If you live in Jersey City and are thinking about quitting cigs via the vape, I highly recommend this store.

I personally love this place. Everyone is very kind and willing to spend time explaining the different juices and everything. Great place!

Thumbs down. Over priced gear and juice line limited and horrible. 1 star is the lowest but I wanted to give it ZERO. I there anything worse than hated it. Maybe there should be a zero stars and it should be close it down yesterday Please.
