Made me wait more than one hour for my appt for an ultrasound... Came 30 minutes early for my appointment.... Only to tell me one hour after my appt that it was not done in there, but instead at the hospital. Now I have to make an appt at the hospital after my NEXT period.... I am diagnosed with PCOS. My insurance is expiring this month!! I hate how they handled this situation...with no apologies.

To go along with the reviews, this hospital doesn't even deserve a star! The staff were so rude and complaining about their shifts. Sherwin Williams painters were there, painting the walls as my finger was getting stitched (which btw, the stitches fell out the next day!) The nurse FORGOT to give me a tetanus shot, which my doctor was horrified by. I had to request that they clean my bloody hand, after I was rudely told "you can clean it at home."

I genuinely do not know how this facility is in compliance with local or statewide health codes, and it should be shut down. It is dirty, filthy, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I can't imagine the lawsuits they encounter daily from the negligence of the staff.

Over the floor. The bathroom is disgusting, there is urine on the floor. The security guards and one Police Officer are ghetto.
I saw them abusing patients. I threatened to take pictures of the conditions and they threatened to break my phone. Finally, the patient advocate came and beat the animals down (by animals, I mean employees)

My sister came in because she had an allergic reaction from heir dye that made her head swell up like a bowling ball. The nurse (who liked to crack jokes) handed her a list of medications and sent her home. It was late and we had no time to get the medications.

That night before going to bed my sister read that the swelling could block her breathing and kill her in her sleep. She returned to the hospital and even with medication it took a week for the swelling to go down. Someone then said that she was not supposed to be sent home that night. Point is my sister could have died in her sleep.

The staff was rude
