The sales manager? his name is shiki (?) and he dumped me $1000 more at the very last moment after we made a deal for 3 hours.

His excuse was totally unreasonable and stupid but I was totally tired so I just purchased the car with full of anger.

He is a professional liar, disgusting sneak.

I complained to Ford customer service later and he got the warning message from Ford. He called me and begged me for help and he promised me to figure out my concerns shortly.

So I gave them a good feedback again to the Ford company and nothing happened so far for 2 years.

Never go if you don't want to loose your money.

I WAS SUPRISED AT HOW QUICK I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP. CAN'T REMEMBER MY SALESMANS NAME BUT DUDE WAS AWESOME GOT THE BEST PRICE OUT OF 5 DEALERSHIPS IN THE JERSEY CITY AREA ON THE FUSION HYBRID IM HAPPY WITH IT.

Stopped into Jersey City Ford around the end of Oct on a Friday evening. They had the vehicle I wanted and after a bit of hearing the sales manager spiel, he made me an offer. I said that sounds very fair but I would have to come in on Sat to finialize anything. I did repeat myself when i said to him 'That's OTD". He nods yes.

So...I get to the dealership the next day with the family in tow. Assuming that we had agreed upon a deal I filled otu the credit application. While we are waiting the manager comes over and shows me the numbers which are a bit off now. 10K miles instead of 12K, 39 months instead of 36 and the payment was the same but now taxes and fees were not part of the deal. I tell him that's not what we agreed upon the night before. Then he goes in to sales mode again but I tell him my numbers are firm and he thanks me but no deal.

I blame myself for letting them pull my credit trusting we had something in place. Felt that was a bit shady and old school on their part.

The sales person was cool. Nothing negative to say about him.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I made it a point to tell people to shop else where.

I purchased a use car from this dealer and it has been a nightmare.. My sales rep no longer works there and it has been 3 months and I still do not have plates on my car. They decided to give me a loaner car which does not compare to my car at all and was not cleaned out it was given to me with dog hairs . No one can give me straight answers on when this nightmare will be over on top of everything I still have to make my payments on a car I cannot drive. I have been handed the worst service ever. Not to mention I have slight break problems and my car is still under warranty and new sales guy tells me they cannot fix the issue and to remember it is a used car!!!

Well its employees are people from NJ so naturally simple tasks such answering a phone or writing my name accurately in my lease are too much for them to handle. They also forgot to give me my inspection sticker and unfortunately I didn't notice until a cop wrote me a ticket for it. Its employees are just dumb, rude, and ideally should be working in a camp somewhere breaking rocks as that is all they are mentally capable of doing. I honestly should just know better then do to any business of any sort in NJ as its populous seems to have a bad case of down syndrom
