Jersey City Florist

Ordered the "Country Reveries" arrangement on line. Received a call from Jersey City Florist stating they did not have any dahlias in stock could they substitute for another flower. I was agreeable as long it was comparable and autumn colored. As I was ordering a autumn colored arrangement. Received a picture of the arrangement a short time later from the recipient. Apparently Jersey City florist took the liberty to substitute the ENTIRE arrangement. There was not a single flower in the arrangement that was in the original arrangement I ordered. They even substituted the vase. VERY disappointed. What's the point of picking an arrangement online to have them deliver something you did not order.

They've missed the delivery day... so I would't call this service reliable or recommend it. By the way, no excuse from their side, hope they at least provide a refund

If you value your time I strongly suggest using another florist. When I called and placed the order I was asked if there was a specific time that I wanted the flowers to arrive. I told the gentleman 3:00 pm the following Friday. When Friday arrived I got a call at 10:30 am asking if there was anyone there to receive the flowers. I then explained to the man that I asked for the flowers to be delivered at 3:00, not 10:30 am. Long story short the flowers didn't arrive until 6:30 pm, 3 1/2 hours after they were supposed to. I called the florist three times in that span and each time was told "he'll be there in 5 minutes". On top of all this, it's a subpar arrangement. Look elsewhere for flowers in the JC area.
