I recently went there on a recommendation from my local auto mechanic [G & T Auto Imports] to get auto body work done in November/December 2015. They were easy to deal with, communicative/helped me out via e-mail since I was going to be away for the time they were doing the work, and delivered my car looking AMAZING. They even did an extra item for me for free. WOW. You cannot ask for more than that. This was work done through a claim from my auto insurance and they worked with them seamlessly [Progressive, but they probably work with a lot]. I would highly recommend them, as my car was returned to me on time as promised and looking LIKE NEW. Not only was the repair done, but my vehicle was SPOTLESS. Great company, group of people to do business with, courteous, and really DELIVERED. Thank you to Jersey City Auto Body, Inc. for the FANTASTIC JOB. I appreciate you.

DON'T COME HERE!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars & read the reviews before my car was sent here. My black 4Runner was sent here to have some minor body work done on my driver side front fender because some idiot, who can't speak English or read it either, apparently missed the no heavy trucking sign in my neighborhood & smashed into my parked car. Anyway, I took it to Hudson Toyota for body work who subcontracted to Jersey City Autobody. It took them a 2 weeks to do it! When it finally came back & I came to pick it up, I found out they painted my car the wrong color. This happened despite the fact that I gave them the exact color code when I dropped it off & I even had them add it to my Toyota invoice because I didn't trust them. I told them to make sure you follow the paint code. Anyway, they also forgot to paint another section of my car by the fender & left it bare. I told them the work was sloppy & to fix it so that it was the right color & to make sure they paint all parts related to the damaged fender area. It took them 3 days to do just this, now up to 2 1/2 weeks. When they finally called me down to pick it up again, they finally fixed the rest of the fender, however they cracked my front bumper spoiler in 2 different places. They rushed me to hand back my loaner car despite me telling them about the new damage they caused, which wasn't there when I dropped it off the last time, If you ask me, the shop manager should have acknowledged the sloppiness of their work & corrected the errors, instead denied any wrong doing, & I think he must also have some damage to his head! He was no help at all, & also refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong at all. I even told them I spent $300 at another bodyshop a very short while ago to repair that specific part of my car & I knew for a fact it didn't have damage there when I dropped it off. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED FOLKS!

Car came out better than new. They did some custom work that I asked for as well. Great guys took care of me when my car was in a jam.

I had a minor accident with my 2011 Subaru Legacy that required replacement of the headlight and the bumper.
All these guys did was the worse paint job ever on the bumper and the paint came off same day I took it from them.
They claimed that they buffed the headlight but nothing was done to it. on top of all that the car was all dirty from the inside and smelled like smoke, and the tires were all mudy like someone was driving my car around.
When I complained about it, they said they called my insurance and that they don't want to pay extras, but when I contacted my insurance company back they simply said there was no record of anybody calling and reporting extra work in the car

All the guys in the shop are great. I was welcomed anytime to check out my car. Was explained what was going on when asked as I am a car enthusiast. Great service and industrial quality. They have done several of my friends cars and I am working with them to do my show/race car!

I would recommend them to family, friends and all. Top Notch People and Quality Products!
