Great service, worth it. Brought in 2 pairs of shoes, one had a broken buckle and the other for a shine. Picked them up a few days later and they were like new!
Only downside is they are cash only, but theres a bank around the corner.

Did a great job with my shoes. Jerry's a foreigner so it's a bit hard to communicate but he's a real nice guy doing his best. Clearly intelligent, knows his shoes

I have used Jerry’s a couple of times before, each time it was difficult to communicate, but the work was fine. This last time, though, was horrible. I gave explicit instructions, spent extra time with "Jerry" to make sure we communicated well and STILL he ruined my shoes. What added insult to injury was he took no responsibility, made no suggestions to try to repair the damage (I had to tell him what to do), wanted to charge me full price for the work and kept laughing the entire time I was in shop, which just infuriated me. Like everyone, I am busy… This place just caused unnecessary stress. DON’T USE ‘EM.
