absolutely disgusting. these city steps are nearly always contaminated with human feces on rags, urine puddles and garbage. it is a health hazard for those who take these steps and have breathing problems and the worst part is that it is frequently used by children who attend a local school located right at the top of the slope. it would be nice if the city cleaned this place more often.
