Fake leather couches.

Got a sofa-bed delivered and they damaged the hardwood by letting it drop heavily on floor pretty clumsily. After lodging a complaint with the store the moment the delivery guys had hurried out of my apartment, I was passed off to a VP named Les Falchook. I left no less than 6 voicemail messages for Mr. Falchook and waited two weeks to hear back from him. When he did call me back, it was basically to say that, "With all due respect, we've determined that you're a liar.." Didn't matter that there were no previous occupants to the apartment or that I'd sent him time-stamped photos of the damage moments after it had been done by their delivery guys; Jennifer Convertibles made it clear that they were determined to not give a crap, and to not accept any blame. Without a doubt not a company you'd want to do business with -- I cannot urge you any more strongly to AVOID BUYING ANYTHING from JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES because this situation could easily happen to you too!

I would give this store zero stars if that were an option! This was by far the absolute worst furniture delivery of my life!
1. They have an incredibly long delivery window of 5 hours, so you have to give up 1/2 of a day waiting for them. 2. Their delivery guys were so rushed to put together the lamps I ordered that they put them together wrong, and I had to show them their mistakes.
3. One of the 3 lamps was damaged! And I had to refuse keeping it.
4. Their delivery guys left my immaculate condo a mess! I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning up after them when they left.
5. The delivery service had the nerve to tell me I'd have to wait another 2 days to get a call to re-schedule delivery of the 3rd lamp that was broken.
6. I contacted the store manager immediately about these issues and have yet to receive a response notifying me what action is going to be taken to compensate me for this absolutely horrible service!!!
