I am licensed contractor serving the five boroughs of NY and some of Westchester. On multiple occasions, I have been in need of redimix for several jobs. Because of this, I typically have my assistant make calls so as to garner the best price quote. Today, I called this particular business myself and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and short. You would think when I would have been spending an estimated $11,000 at their establishment that I would receive more personable and polite customer service, but noooooo. The guy was practically barking at me on the phone. I can't even fathom how he would have spoken to me if I was asking about $200 worth of product.
I would NEVER spend a nickel here and would caution anyone else to prepare yourself before you call. Expect substandard phone service as its clear they're entirely too busy to be bothered with measly price quotes such as mine.
