JEN Electric Appliance Services

Have a service contract with Home Depot for my GE Washer, which stopped working consistently for some time now. Jen came out didn't test the washer but claimed it was my OUTLET that had gone bad. I paid to have a licensed electrician come out. Electrician swapped out the cords and confirmed the outlet was good. Jen came back with a condescending attitude still trying to insist it's the outlet...remember, he never tested the washer in the first place! Now he discovers after all my protests that it's the washer's line cord. Promises to come back in a couple of days...doesn't return for over a week. He comes back today. Doesn't put the washer back in the right place. I suppose as a single woman, that's my job. Or he feels I should pay to have it put back in its place. The washer still isn't working. I'm sure he has closed the ticket at Home Depot again. What a ripoff! I can't take this.

I've been using this company through my Extended Plan Service (formally Assurance service protection) for years. The last visit from their representative has given me a bitter service. He came to fix my stove & oven flints. We took off the stove grates and put them aside. He fixed the items with the parts another rep ordered to the best of his ability. When he finished he put the grates back and dropped 1. I asked him if everthing was okay he said yes. After letting him out I went to inspect the service and found a piece of the grate on the floor. Originally I thought it was a piece from the oven that he discarded into the floor. Not until my small pot tipped did i realized he broke it and said nothing and left the piece on the floor. Very Unprofessional!!

This service was absolutely fantastic. The quality was magnificent, the people were just all around nice genuine people. It took a little while for my part to come in, but it was worth the wait! After they had fixed my appliance, i never had to get it fixed again and it works excellently! Please do not listen to what others have said, trust me they are a a fantastic service/business.
