Jeff (Dr. Jefrey Schoengold) is a mensch and a terrific dentist. He's been in practice for many years, knows all the possible complications, he's seen it all, and he can handle it all. He keeps up with all of the continuing education as well and knows how much the field of dentistry has moved forward over the years he's been in practice. Jeff is basically a kind and honest man, something that is unusual in a field that requires a certain amount of guts to poke someone with a needle. Ever see "Little Shop of Horrors" where Steve Martin raves about his mother encouraging him with his sadistic personality to be a dentist? THAT'S NOT JEFF!!! Jeff is both competent and kind. He is sensible and a "dentist's dentist" for years because other dentists trust him, because he is trustworthy. He'll take you out of pain, and make you look good too. Go see Jeff, you'll be glad you did. PS. I know for a fact he bailed out another dentist in Scarsdale in the middle of an extraction she couldn't handle because she graduated on her dad's gifts to the school. He never capitalized on it or told any one. There's a mensch for you. (and I've never practiced in Scarsdale). Now that I'm disabled, my grown kids see Jeff Schoengold.
