Horrible service!!! My mom had been using their service for a while to pay her bills..,She kept getting cut off notices and backed up bills. It was all a big mystery until I decided to pass by and look into it. It turns out "Postal Center Plus" in Newark was taking her money and paying the bills 18 - 20 days later often well passed due. On the receipt they state that the payment would be posted 3-5 business days later!!! I am currently on the phone trying to keep her electricity from being cut off because as of yet they have not paid her March bill even though she paid it on 3/27! Worst of all is then when I called "Postal Center Plus" they refused to help.

First time I went the computers were extremely slow, nobody in line but took forever to print a simple postage. Second time someone tried to willingly rip me off by charging me a significant amount more which I could have saved a ton more.. What a waste !
