After receiving notice of which doctors participate in my plan I called, told what insurance plan I had, made an appointment and waited a week. I went for my appointment and was told they did not take my insurance. I showed them the letter that said they did and the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't make the appointment ( even though it was the same voice that was on the phone)

My dissatisfaction was in the price charged me after my original pair of glasses fell apart within 11 months. I had to buy a new pair because they could not fit the ones previously sold to me into a frame. I was charged $200.00 for a new designer frame which can be purchased on the net for $100.00. Then charged $90.00 to put in the prescription in the glasses from a year ago for a total of $290.00. They have just lost me and my wife as customers.
