I hate to do this because everyone has to make a living somehow, but there is no way I can give this place a positive review. I went to this place and test drove 3 different cars. The first one was an overpriced 1993 Lexus. The driver's door handle was broken off and the car made a loud, abnormal noise whenever you turned the steering wheel. Despite all this, the sticker price was $2,000+ higher than the real value for the car and the dealer refused to lower the price.
I test drove a 2003 Maxima and while I'm trying to listen to any weird sounds from the engine, the dealer was trying to distract me by showing me the stupid blue light bulb he installed in the car, as if that means anything. I had my foot all the way down on the gas pedal and the car could not go any faster than 25 mph. He refused to even acknowledge that something was definitely wrong with the car.
I test drove a 98 Lexus ES-300, which I currently own (but am trying to get rid of). The dealer rested his hand on the handrest the whole time and I later found out that the clip for it broke. The radio's display did not work. The gas lid cannot open up unless you put an object in the hinges to pop it open. Within a couple of weeks, the steering wheel made a very funny squeaky noise, but the dealership people pretended they did not hear it. I later had to replace the steering belt myself. The check engine light came on an hour after I drove the car off the lot. They told me some B.S. story about pouring down injector fluid cleaner down the tank. In reality, it needed a new oxygen sensor, which I too had to replace myself. A few days later, I started the car and the entire block was filled with white/blue smoke coming from my exhaust. I took this car back to them over and over and over, pleading with them to fix this problem. They claimed they had several mechanics look at it and the car is okay. I had to deal with the embarrassment of smoking up the place whenever I started up my car. I later found out my shocks are totally worn out as well. My rotors needed replacement within a couple months. And right now, my engine light is on again because of 2 bad oxygen sensors and 3 of the cylinders are misfiring. All of these problems and I just bought the car 12 months ago. There's a few other problems but I think I've proven my point. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are crooks. I remember whenever I tried speaking to the mechanics there after I got frustrated and they all claim they don't speak English. It's people like these why car salesman have such a hideous reputation.
