Sucked real bad, hardly any menswear and full of very odd women on the make up counters. One looked liked Edward Scissorhands / a crow which had serious body odor business.. Hardly someone who should be front of house.

Good location for JCPenney. Ability to order online and pick up at the store is very helpful.

shoes is all self serve now which is not good for management its basically a kohl's , sears move stock replenish fills in the floor and maintains department standards. minimal need for sales associates and a manager as they operate in kohl's and sears. profit is what keeps the doors open.

Nice and helpful staff, clean and organized location and there is a Sephora inside this JCPenney with very knowledgeable staff. Lines were long but checkout was very fast.
