JCPenney Salon

Very rude and lazy when it comes to cutting hair for kids, the first time I went,the whole time she was cutting my sons hair she was recommending other places to go to, she really didn't want to cut his hair. And I did try going to the other places in the mall but they were closed, trust me Jcpenney was my last option because they are not well trained, but this was a kids cut so I wasn't expecting wow results. Second time I brought my other son they were all rude they were arguing over who should have to do it. A woman with half platinum hair and half orange hair took him in but she was very nasty towards him, my kids were not bad as they make them seem they don't cry, they squirm a little but they are 3 and 4 what do you expect. Never coming here again you can tell they are not good at what they do their hair is a hot mess so how can I expect anything more and the attitudes is worse than their hair so don't expect them to act professional.

I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have been to all kinds of salons, from very little dinky ones, to very swanky ones. Let's just say I have been to a lot of them, lol. I have been going to JCPenney for about a year now, every 6 weeks like clockwork. I use Klementina, she is excellent. I LOVE the way my hair comes out, I have gotten numerous compliments. She is also a master colorist. All the stylists have different levels of expertise, you just have to ask the front receptionist to help you with picking someone to do your hair, with what you have in mind. I was skeptical going there at first, and I made sure to ask the receptionist for someone that doesn't "chop" hair and someone that is knowledgeable with today's styles. I got the perfect person. Every hairstylist is different. I guess I got lucky!!!

they are absolutely horrible! I asked for a midback length haircut ( just a trim- really) and I ended up with a shoulder length haircut ! fat toad completely butchered my hair! I do not recommened this place at all!!!!! After all the great stylists left (like samia) its not the same. dont bother
