We were given an appointment and 5 minutes before the time we were called on the phone while trying to find a parking spot at the busy mall and was told they cannot do our portraits that day. We had to get our three teenage kids together to take the family photo. We tried to explain that we cannot come another day because it was hard to get kids in college together. The lady on the phone was so rude and shouted saying she told that they cannot take the pictures and that was it. She was so unprofessional and yelling, I asked for her supervisor. To my surprise she said she was the supervisor and then hung up the phone. When I tried to call back, it went to a voice mail. I left a message for them to call me back, but after a month I am still waiting for the call. I will never ever step into J C Penny or their portrait studio.

1 hour delay, rude and poor service. Can you say, "GHETTO"?
