Drove from BK all the way to LI for a horrible experience. My boyfriend and I needed professional photos taken for our medical residency applications so we traveled to LI because we thought based on these reviews that we would have a more enjoyable experience. Not the case. The photographer took all of our photos in about 1-2 minutes (no joke). She did not stop to fix our hair, or re-shoot photos that one of us had our mouth open. When we saw our "photo gallery" I was not surprised at how horrible they had turned out and was pretty upset. The sales woman skimmed through my photos quickly and made me choose my one digital image in less than a minute as well. Very dissatisfied with this service especially considering all the money and time we spent. This was my only day to have photos taken but now I have to figure out how I will make time for a re-shoot in addition to funding another photo session elsewhere. STAY AWAY!
