My 2nd exprience woth picking up onoine order & I will never order onlne & pick up in store. They are the worst human beings, lazy, slow, irresponsible

About a month ago my husband and I purchased a bridal set worth over $2500. It was big on me so I was told it was going to be sent in for sizing about 2 days after the purchase. In two weeks I was supposed to hear back from the Jewelry dept and no one ever called. I called in after 3 weeks from the purchase date had passed, and they said that the rings were just sent in for sizing a few days back. I demanded that the Supervisor immediately either refund me, or have it expedited by the end of the week. She said the ring would be here by the end of the week, it still wasn't. We are still waiting and I can't express how frustrated I am with these people who don't even care to do their job properly. My suggestion for this store is, if you are going to order something, DON'T DO IT FROM THE PARAMUS STORE!! Please do not, total horrible experience. I can't wait to have my rings back and I won't ever think of shopping there again.
