JCPenney Optical

I recently went to buy eye glasses in the Staten island, Marsh avenue Jc Penny optical and I had a horrible experience. They made me the wrong glasses and blame my doctor that he gave me a wrong prescription. They refuse to give me the refund and charged additionally to make a correct new glasses. When I asked about their own opthamologist they said he wont' be available for two weeks and I have to pay additional $65 to take prescription from him. The thing is, I dealt with the manager of this store, he doesn't know how to talk with people and he was a belligerent guy who never wants to admit his fault. Also they advertise they will give two glasses for $99.99 and 50% off for all glasses and frames but this is an insane drama. They told me the same thing and finally I paid $250. If you want to buy spectacles never ever choose JcPenny optical specially this one.
