Great place to shop for a discount helpful staff an all

I took my nephew here to take some pictures. First they wouldn't allow us to do a walk in they said it was by appointments but when we said we were gonna speak to some one hirer they let us take the pictures. We had to wait a month to recieve the pictures. When we went to pick up the pictures we found out that they didn't even process our pictures. I tried speaking to the manager Anna or Andrea and she was not helpful at all. All she said was she didn't know what happened and thats it. They have horrible customer service. They didn't offer a discount they didn't apologize or anything. She had a very bad attitude. She said she will call us Monday. Which she didn't even call. I had tocall numerous times. I some to Ricki ivy which is suppose to be human resources or manager over them. He said he will callI me back and he never did. Now everytime I call he doesn't answer. I will never come here again never and I don't suggest anybody else come here. I hope who ever is in charge have their staff take customer service skill classes again because they don't have any at all!!!!!!!! I Took pictures May 9 and as of today I am still waiting for my pics and for the manager to get in touch with me. .

I cannot understand the negative reviews here, these shoppers must have been in a bad mood to begin with. Every time I go to the Queens Center JCP I have never had an encounter with one rude member of staff. They always ask if they can help me and I find their merchandise is of good quality and almost always on sale. They explain that if I ever have a problem to bring the item back for a refund or exchange. I hope they are there forever.
