JBC Astoria Sounds

I saw the ad for this place and decided to ask for a quote to confirm the prices. Just called for a quote for speaker and stereo installation. Greeted by very rude person. Very harsh tone and didn't sound as if he wanted to be on the phone at all. The speakers installation were as advertised for $30 each as stated on their ads. When I asked for the stereo installation prices, they were much much more than advertised. If you plan to visit this place, make sure to call for a quote first. Their ad had stated $40 for most cars and $65 for others(including wiring harness and dash kit).On the phone I was told $100 for installation only, and it did not include the dash kit nor wiring harness. Before I could ask anymore questions about the prices for headlight installation, he hung up the phone. False advertising and poor customer relations. Terrible business model. Lost a lot of potential revenue from me.

After seeing the other reviews, I went over to the shop to replace the 4 factory speakers in my Grand Cherokee. I couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff and owner were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I got the sense they were actually trying to save me money. Imagine that! They worked really fast and did a clean, thorough job. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will definitely be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

i have a O7 chager and it was plan,my friend told me about astoria sounds; i talk to the owner i got some hook Ups with the bodykit, rims, and hids lights. NICE! i love the work and how everything work out.
