Is a very honest, forthright and trustworthy attorney. This is not very usual for attorneys but he actually gave me advise on why I would be better served by not hiring him or any other attorney in my situation. I cannot recommend him enough to others who may really need an attorney.

Well in september I had a court date and was not please with the out come,resonbeing is because mr.Lutzky
Did not show and sent a intern which nothing was done on my behalf.Then contacted him and he said that he would fix it and repersent me in Jan.So for him showing good character on his behalf ,I think that for now I will only rate it at one star.PEOPLE WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY SO PLEASE COME BACK TO SEE HOW IT WENT ,AND CHECK MY REVIEWS ON HOW AND IF I WAS HELP AND WAS REPERSENT RIGHT.

Mr. Lutsky handled my divorce which began in 2012 and then a challenge to the child custody arrangement filed by my ex in 2014 approximately 6 months after the divorce was finalized. He is fair, no nonsense, direct and to the point, knowledgeable, experienced, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. His rates are reasonable (as far as attorneys go anyway!). He even issued a refund for unused funds from the retainer without my asking or needing to followup with him....this says a LOT.
