It is nice working somewhere where you feel at home. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly, they are always willing to lend a helping hand. They make sure who ever the lease an office to is very professional as well. The office is always kept clean and and up to standards. The location is of the building is perfect since there are so many different lunch options all around you! Definitely a great location for your office!

The staff are extremely helpful and professional. Never have any issues getting something needed. The floor manager is excellent and our receptionist has gone out of her way to help us as much as she can. Great office to be in.

This could be a 4 star review if upper management would be willing to resolve issues with their tenants. Let me start by saying that our company has been leasing office space at this location for over a year. Office management and their employees on site such as front desk are great however the upper management and their sneaky unexpected charges are not so great. Jay Suites will charge you extra for electricity, quote "for any extraneous equipment" you might have in your office space such as NAS storage, Macmini server etc.. Their standard charge for extra electricity usage is $300 a month. $300 in New York will probably be enough to run a full size fridge for 2 years non stop. Another issues at this location is heating and cooling, during summer times certain parts of the office space do not get sufficient cooling, and in the winter heating is controlled by the building sometimes super hot, sometimes freezing cold. If you absolutely don't care about having any computer equipment in your office or to have a comfortable temperature at work then Jay Suites could be for you.

Establishing my business presence at Jay Suites in the Financial District was one of the best business decisions I have made to date. The reception is bright and welcoming and conference rooms are equipped with all that is needed to run a successful meeting in a comfortable setting.
Jackie and Liz go out of their way to deliver office support that is top notch. It is a pleasure to work with a team that pays attention to the smallest detail and offer solutions to problems. They take the guesswork out of the equation and allow you to focus on running your business. I look forward to being with Jay Suites for a long time to come.
