The owner, Jay, is an honest and direct man. He educated me about the repair process including how the insurance company pays and what he can and cannot do with the vehicle. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone in need of body repair.

I brought my brand new Range Rover into this shop after it was hit by a driver backing out of a driveway, as I was traveling down a main road trying to get to work one morning. The right side of my truck was severely dented and the paint had been completely scrapped off. I spoke to my insurance and they informed me i could go to any auto body shop of my choose which then i took my truck to Jay's Auto Body located near my job. I brought my truck in right away and expressed to them my eagerness to be quick as possible, I was already late for work. The workers were extremely accommodating to me. My truck was assessed and I received a rental vehicle and within a short time I was on my way to work. Shortly after I got to work I received a phone call from the shop. I couldn't help but think something was wrong, perhaps they couldn't fix the truck but, it was actually the nice costumer service women Sabrina I believe, informing me that I had left my iPad in my truck. I asked if they could hold it for me until I was able to pick it up that evening after work and they did. I was extremely grateful for their honesty. About a week later I went to pick up my truck and was extremely pleased with the repairs. The dents were completely removed and the entire side was repainted. I was skeptical about the appearance after the repairs because I wasn't confident that it would look the same as before the accident but I was very wrong. The truck looks amazing thanks to the repairs Jay's Auto Body has made. I couldn't be more happier with their service and results. Once Again Thanks

I work for insurance broker office. One of my clients went to this auto shop to get her vehicle fixed after an accident. The accident was a month ago, and this shop has been giving her the run around, and has not ordered the correct parts for her vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be finished today, and as she is going to pick her vehicle, the shop owner "Jay" informs her, that there is still a missing part and there has to be an additional supplemental. My question is " if you had the vehicle in your shop for almost 30 days, NOW, Today, you notice there is a missing part?
And I called to ask him , what is the supplemental for and he just hangs up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!

I had a fender bender. My insurance covered it. I took my SUV to Jay's Auto Body for repairs. When I dropped off my SUV. They had hertz rental car waiting for me to pick up the rental replacement...the insurance company only wanted to give me a Toyota corolla to replace my 7 passenger SUV. The staff at Jay's Auto Body handled it. A few minutes later I was driving off in a full size SUV rental. They called when the SUV was ready. Went to pick it up. It looked great just like new. My husband was just hit AGAIN yesterday, so today I'll be getting a hold of Jay's Auto Body to setup another repair. Thanks for the good, honest work
