A slew of issues led to a poor visit to the doctor. I had to wait over an hour to be seen, at the end of the day. I had a serious medical skin issue and this was not appreciated. His time with me felt rushed, and he quickly pushed through the visit. To make matters worse, I had called Citi MD to confirm the name of a medication that I was allergic to. I told the doctor, but when I get to the pharmacy, he had actually PRESCRIBED THE MEDICINE that I was allergic to. If not for the watchful eyes of New London Pharmacy (a great place) I would have a serious medical issue.

Triple C: Clean Calming Caring. I see the dermatologists but I spend most of my time with Maria the aesthetician. She is great at what she does. Both departments address your issues and concerns spot on and in turn you get great results.

Aesthetician Maria is the best! I was referred to Maria and Dr. Zelaya by a co-worker and i have never went anywhere. Maria is great at microdermabrasion and excellent with Brazilian waxing. Maria has the right personality for handling difficult patients such as myself. I am a screamer and she sometimes screams with me or laughs hysterically with me. She gets the job done quick and efficiently and that is why i love her and will continue going.
