Beware, 88 van reypen St. building has a cheap rent for the simple reason it's an old construction and its walls and electric conducts are full of bedbugs. No matter how many times they send you the pest control guys a year (8 times in two years in my case) the bedbugs can't be eradicated and always come back. Elevators rarely work, your mail is stolen, people smoke inside and outside their units (tobacco and marihuana), and don't even count on a superintendent.
