My company originally used JAS to fill a position we had been advertising for for weeks without legitimate responses. We had not used recruiters in the pas but they are very easy to work with and addressed all my concerns. We have been working with them now for over a two years to help us fill our vacancies and have had no issues since all our hires are still with us today.

This company is a sham. I hired an employee thru them that ended up not having any of the experience that was promised to me. Turns out, they never interviewed her, researched her or looked into her references. The replacement that they found me didn't have the experience we asked for either (I did my own research). They still made me pay the full fee even though they didn't find me an employee with the experience requested. I wasted a lot of time and money because of JAS Trent. I would never use them and neither should anyone with a respectable business who needs quality employees. It's better to put an ad on craigslist for $25.
