If I could rate it no star I would. All the 1 star reviews for this place are dead on. To save everyone's time, avoid this place at all cost!

Good doctors but the staff will not ever let you speak to one of them to even just obtain results of a test. They make you come in just so they can charge you. Good doctors, horrible rude receptionists.

the reprisentative's attitude is bad

The doctors here are very specialized, especially Robin Chang, but the real problem are the nurses. I agree with the two other comments posted here about the terrible customer service and disorganized staff. The service realy is horrible. I myself have waited there from 10 am to 7 pm. That was my whole day gone!

I really understand that a lot of the people who lives in the neighborhood really depends on this clinic. I would say if you can, please find another nearby clinic. This clinic is very disorganized because it's very packed and you will not get the medical attention you deserve. Appointments does not matter you still have to wait from a duration of 1 - 2 hours... on very bad days 3 hours. I was already very impatient with this clinic from the start. I remember I got really sick that I was about to faint. I knew my face was pale and my bones were hurting from my fever. I was able to show up at the clinic and asked the front desk ladies if I can sign my name and wait for the doctor. She said to me, you can't see the doctor today. We have a very big crowd today. I stared at her with a disgusted face. Excuse me, did you just reject a patient from trying to see a doctor? But of course I got no choice, I had to go home and come back tomorrow. My appointment was at 3:00pm the very next day. From experience I know the wait is going to be extremely long, I went in to write my name and went home since I live very near there. I went home to do my own thing. I went back around 4:30pm and I asked the ladies if my name was called. She said they still had not pulled out my file and they are going to do it right now. Does this sound ridiculous? I finally got to see the doctor... the whole process from walking into the doctor's office and him giving me a check up was about 15 minutes maximum. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and do not know how to be patient. They are very disorganized and inconsiderate. I dislike the way they just talk to their friends on the phone and laughing with each other when there are so many people are waiting on line for their assistance. Please find another clinic if you can. Your health is not worth the long wait and time wasted just sitting there to wait for the doctor. Honestly if I can, I would put zero stars but I am force to give them this one star.
