I have been a franchise owner with Jan-Pro for 7 months. The new owners Dave and Mary are very supportive and provide you with everything you need to be a successful business owner. In only 5 months my cleaning company was bringing in about $3,000 monthly. Becoming a Jan-Pro franchise owner has been one of the best decisions I have made for my career goals. Me and my wife are franchise owners of Jan-Pro Northern Jersey in Fairfield NJ for past 3 years and we are so happy to be part of Jan-Pro new owner Mary and Dave are so good to us when ever new account opens in our area they call us and tell us would you like to take it. I, my boyfriend and brother had a franchise with Jan-Pro and were stiffed out of our money twice. In the first meeting we were told that if there was a problem with the client making payments, we would still receive our payment. The problem would be handled between the client and the Jan-Pro office. The Jan-Pro office did nothing. As far as we know payment could have been made but someone in Jan-Pro may have kept the money for themselves. Obviously, we will report this to the state. I say to anyone attempting to invest with Jan-Pro in Fairfield, find another franchise to invest in or another Jan-Pro office. This one is corrupt.
