The doctor checked my eyes and never even told me how my eyes were. He didn't talk to me at all. The secretaries are rude and dismissive. They think just because they work there that they're God. No one offers help picking out glasses.The perscription for my glasses weren't correct, so I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for my new glasses. Awful customer service. Never going back.

Service first class. All the associates are cordial, friendly helpful. The frames are way too expensive and limited. I had to order frames from the netherlands. But the adjuster is a wiz and in 3 minutes we were getting to roll. The optometrist is not a tackable kind of fellow so he talks YOU listen . I'd like a little more interaction. Since you will be dealing MOSTLY with the associate staff they are GREAT HE BEST i've experienced . Bianca is a doll (but they all are darlings) and I am a pain in the tush. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It is a great place and excellent service. Great frames to pick from and they give u a excellent exam.

I've been using Jamie Rose for YEARS. I last purchased a pair of glasses about 18 months ago. Over the last month, the nose piece on my glasses fell off/broke. I went in and they took care of it on the spot. Yesterday morning, a screw came out of my frame and the lens wouldn't stay without it. 5 minutes and it was repaired at no charge. I offered $5 for coffee money and it was refused. So the least I could do is write a nice review.
I highly recommend them.

Great advice and Helpful Staff Members. I had old glasses and needed new ones. Went to the store and they helped me choose the perfect frame. I did not have to wait at all. Couldn't have asked for better staff and help. Thanks
