Real talk...pulls no punches...no excuses. I fought it kicking and screaming, but Dr. Kane is right, clean eating works. I lost my taste for processed sugars...which is so major I cannot express my gratitude in text.

Dr. Kane helped me lose the extra baggage I had where I wasn’t able succeed by myself. I tried for 5 years using various exercises and unhealthy diet plans. In 5 month of working with Dr. Kane, I am not in excellent shape and able to run many miles without getting winded. I have kept off the weight and at age 35, I’m in the best shape of my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Kane.

Simply put, he is the best doctor I have ever had. Not only has he showed me how to lose weight, he has helped me keep it off for years. My overall health has improved so much since seeing him that I can not believe how bad I once felt. I highly recommend him.
