customer service is excellent, but if you want to come see the dr, you must make plans to wait a long time, many come to see him, but he finds the cure to your problem like me.

hated this place. Straight up unorganized!!!! Had an appointment at 1 PM. Waited until 3, two hours, to see him! Ridiculous. Also, the other employees are rude and disrespectful. He didnt even show up until 2:40!!! Never come here please, its a waste of time! That was the second time i was there! The first, the forgot to call me to let me know the doctor wouldnt be in for the day. I had to reschedule and i missed an important event because i needed to go this appointment. The first time i had been here was frustrating enough, i dont know why i came a second time! A big No No. PLEASE DONT COME HERE. ITS A WASTE OF TIME.

Why make appointments just tell anyone how wants to make an appointment - expected to spend all day among a bunch of seek people and even if you are not seek by the time you're seen by the doctor!! You all will be deftly -

Surprised people continue going to this place! He is not the only dermatologist in New Jersey! They over schedule people and don't even have enough seats for everyone... I saw people standing in the hallways waiting! The best part is you get there and there is always about 15 people or more waiting n the doctor isn't even there!!! N they don't know what time he will be there lmao that's insane! Your appointment could be at 1pm and he won't show up till after 3pm n then you have to wait till the 15 people in front of u get taken care of which means you get there at 1 and leave at 6!!!! No thanks! I'm pretty sure he is a nice guy but if he needs to manage time better n only schedule a certain amount of people a day! His office should open at 3 if that's the time he usually gets there n there shouldn't be people waiting hours before he even gets there! It's crazy! N people r crazy to wait! I already made an appointment to another doctor n waited 15-20 mins like normal offices!
