- Poor #168517

I ordered something on their website three weeks ago, but have not had any confirmation of it, and they are not responding to any emails I have sent.
Edit: I have now been given an apology and a discount on the next purchase. Unfortunately they have been unable to find the book I ordered from their website, so I am still very disappointed.
