Just ordered a couple meals for pickup, only to arrive and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Their customer service is distasteful and apalling. I called a second time to complain only to repeat my order before I could Finnish got hang up on....

Patties are consistently cold with clammy crust, rice and peas was spicy (really), jerk chicken dry, porridge too sweet, not good. Try Reggae Food further down merrick Blvd just past farmers Blvd on the side going east it's wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better but they don't have patties.Trust.

I came to this restaurant 3weeks ago i am so displeased with the level of service i recieved. The meal i ordered came with 8 shrimp however 2 extra shrimp got into my order and the brown guy with the glasses re counted the shrimp n took out the extra two and they were tiny its not like it was any jumbo shrimp..in all my life i have never encountered such atrocious behaviour and for that u only get one star cause there is no half star! Rude like 8 shrimp can do anything the extra 2 wasn't gonna hurt
