Very unresponsive, avoid if possible. Impacts your coop/condo value negatively to have Jalen manage the property.

Absolutely the worst management company that I have ever dealt with. They don't cash checks in a timely fashion, don't make repairs, don't call you back or email you back or communicate at all. Do not, under any circumstances rent from them unless you absolutely have to.

Absolute worst management company I’ve ever encountered. Flagrantly break laws meant to protect tenants. Non-responsive. Forget to send leases then lie and backdate them with rent increases. They lie to the building owners about how they deal with tenants and try to blame tenants for things that are their fault. They are absolutely terrible.

They are one of the worst management company ever. No one knows what is going on at the company even for the most standard document such as sale application, took them two weeks to email. Adam M. is the most incompetent property manager I have ever had the displeasure of contacting. He doesn't answer emails and dodges issues over the phone. They're just horrible, save yourself the trouble and go with another company.
