The same attitude I encountered during my previous visits was once agin in full force. At least she is consistent! I rarely shop there for this reason but needed something only she had. NEVER again!
My friends who do shop there also complain of the same attitude but while they ignore it, I cannot.
Maybe after they hear about this experience they will finally take heed and AVOID.
