Aimee Newby was a tremendous help in every step of the planning stages. The venue itself is just beautiful. The wait and bar staff were very pleasant and courteous. The food was fantastic.

We were married there November 2013. Aimee and Steven worked with us for over a year, making sure everything was exactly what we wanted and how we wanted. Even stayed late to show the facility at night, because our ceremony was being held outside and we needed to check the lights. Every phone call, email and visit was met with professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine warmth. When our big night came, The entire staff was friendly and attentive, everything was perfect. They delivered a true fairy tale. Our guests have repeatedly raved that the wedding was the most amazing wedding they have ever attended. If there were a higher rating, Jacques would get it. If you go anywhere else, you will be disappointed.

We hosted my niece's engagement party on October 26, 2013 at Jacques Reception Center in Middletown. Aimee Newby made it so easy to plan exactly what we wanted that we booked and finished the menu on our first meeting. Aimee's expert decor recommendations created the lounge type atmosphere we wanted for two families that have never met to mingle. The party was a huge success thanks to Aimee's recommendations. The food was excellent. Saying that the food "is the best" is not just an expression, it is the true description of it. The staff was professional and courteous while performing their duties and some special requests with a smile. Our next party will definitely be there. We had a party here before that was excellent but this time Aimee made it even better than the last one.

I have been using Jacques Caterers consistently for many graduations parties throughout the years and they again have done an outstanding job. The service, set-up, quantity and quality of the food is excellent! My guests always look forward to and enjoy the events. Thank you!
