My wife is a great customer. The manager always is unavailable when needed. She just seems detached from the entire service situation. The issue with my wife never resolved. She ended up unsatisfied and not wanting to come back ever again.

Customer service is good but the manager is not helpful at all. I was given a 20 dollar credit on a belt (paid 13 dollars) and when exchanged for another one I had to pay full price not the difference! And the manager could not even come to discuss...

What a great experience. I had Mike as my sales associate and he was so great. He was so personable and even changed out the neon green laces that I could not stand to white. He is the reason why people would only shop at specialized stores like this. I will NEVER go to Foot Locker again.
