Dr. Jack is a skilled, honest and caring doctor. His office is state-of-the-art and his staff is professional, courteous and very informative. Together this team works hard to make patients comfortable, welcoming them into a family-type atmosphere.
I have been traveling 40 minutes for more than 25 years to be treated by Dr. Jack and his team. I wouldn’t be if he wasn’t the best.

Always a smile on everyone's face when there, they work with you and did really well with the kids.

Unprofessional, rude, uncaring, office does not return calls with questions, not willing to work out payment plans for what insurance does not cover, suggests the most expensive procedures to be done, They don't even deserve the one star that I was forced to choose.
