Jack & Jill Childrens Salon

WOW! What a great find. More of a blessing to find a clean place with really caring woman. These ladies due go why out to accommodate my 3 kids.
Thank you is all I can say and so glad I was told of them.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! The owner of this salon DISCRIMINATES against other ethnicities if you are not of Caucasian descent. I am just as American as anybody else who was born here like myself. Not to mention, she's very unprofessional and the grammar on her website is atrocious. When it came time to pay, $40 minimum on a credit card and then a $1 convenience charge if it's under! Last I heard it's illegal to put a minimum for credit. For the prices you pay and the treatment I got, I would rather take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other salons in the area that specialize in children's hair which I ended up researching after this experience. Shame on you Jack and Jill!

This used to be our favorite place for haircuts. The last two visits all the staff has left. The new women have Zero experience. My two sons left with the worst haircuts I have ever seen. My youngest so have cuts all over his neck from the razor. I told the owner her response was "we are bringing them up to speed". At $50 for two kids haircuts they should be practicing on dolls!!!

We've been coming here for about four years, it started when my youngest just would not tolerate a haircut and would kick and scream if anyone tried to cut his hair. The staff at Jack and Jill were amazing with him, so patient and friendly, we never stopped going. It is more expensive then a commercial chain salon, but my husband and I have had horrible haircuts from those places that taught us 'you get what you pay for.' Location is good, staff are super friendly and my boys love being entertained while they get a haircut.

Service is fair . I would say the place is overpriced for a child's hair cut. Twenty two dollars plus a tip puts you just under 30.00 for a child's hair cut. My child is 2.years 7 months . Seems steep !! There is a place in Westfield with the same accommodations for less money. The kicker that gets me is they have a limit on credit card charges. If you don't have more then one child getting a haircut at the same time they dont take credit cards. I get credit cards companies collect fees but delis have 10.00 limits . Here its double..Tony is great and to me is the friendliest person there..Other then her no one seems to say hi !!

After you reviewed the credit card policy have you lowered it? Delis and so on take credit cards with limits at $10.00
