I have never spoken to an owner of a company that was so rude and inconsiderate of my situation. She personally bashed myself and my company and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation! I have received emails from the company yelling at me in ALL CAPS! Also they have spoken to my workers about accounts payable matters in detail! Never will I do business with a company like J.Vrola. Being a business owner you just do not speak and act this way to customers no matter the situation. The owner needs to go to anger management classes and how to socialize classes!
