Staff are friendly and welcoming. Wax is the best I have found in NYC or Westchester, even compared to the big spa/salons; nothing compares to the speed and minimized discomfort with great results. Space is a bit tight, even for Manhattan, and a bit too open above, you can hear everything going on around. I have had several estheticians, all are great. I will continue to be a regular, happy client

Double charged my daughter & me. Had to call the CC company to fix the charge. Was disgustingly unhygienic (manicurist actually clipped her own cuticles with the nippers she was using on me during my manicure!) and made four of my fingers bleed by being so aggressive on the cuticles.. HORRIBLE!

Always a pleasant experience. Very friendly atmosphere...customers made to feel wanted and important. Hair, nails and refreshments.
